Shaheen Works rents four scaffolding systems in Riyadh: façade scaffolding, Cup-Lock, mobile towers and steel slab shoring. Stock is held in Riyadh and matched to the load case and working height of each project.

What the rental includes

The published rental ranges include installation, not transport or dismantling. Dismantling is included only if explicitly stated in the written quotation. Transport within Riyadh is a separate round-trip item. A documented pre-use safety inspection and periodic inspection visits are provided. Published rental ranges are indicative; the price is fixed on the date the written quotation is issued. Round-trip transport is quoted separately and is not included in the rental ranges.

Who signs off the safety inspection?

Eng. Beshr Shaheen, a TÜV-certified scaffolding inspector, approves the load distribution plan and signs the inspection report before handover. Load paths, tie patterns and standard spacing are engineered before delivery rather than improvised on site.

Working with main contractors

Framework agreements are available with fixed rates for the project duration, priority mobilisation and a single engineering point of contact. Shaheen Works operates under commercial registration 1009148705 from Al Qirawan district, Riyadh.
